Blisscart Bazar is an e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers (“Customers”) and sellers (“Sellers”) of fashion products, including men’s and women’s clothing, footwear, bags, and watches. We provide the technology and platform to facilitate transactions, but we do not manufacture or own the products listed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you accept these Terms and any updates we post. Blisscart Bazar may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

3. Eligibility

To use this Site, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
If registering as a seller, be a legally registered entity under Indian law
Be authorized to act on behalf of any business account you register

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To shop or sell on the Site, you must create an account using valid, up-to-date information.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your login credentials. You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access or security breaches.

5. Products and Listings

5.1 Fashion Product Scope

The Site only permits listings for:

Men’s & Women’s Clothing
Footwear
Bags
Watches

Any other product categories are not permitted.

5.2 Accuracy of Listings

Sellers must provide accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, and images. Blisscart Bazar is not liable for the accuracy or legality of seller content.

5.3 Availability and Pricing

Product prices are subject to change. Listings are subject to availability. In case of pricing or inventory errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

6. Customer & Seller Responsibilities

6.1 Buyer Conduct

You agree to:

Use the Site lawfully
Refrain from fraudulent transactions
Not misuse reviews or feedback systems

6.2 Seller Conduct

Sellers must:

List products accurately
Comply with fashion industry regulations and taxes (e.g., GST)
Ensure timely shipping and after-sales service
Accept returns as per platform policy

7. Orders and Payments

7.1 Order Placement

Orders must be paid in full at checkout via available methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.). All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

7.2 Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed via secure gateways.

7.3 Taxes

Listed prices include applicable taxes (like GST). Buyers outside Delhi may be subject to additional duties or delivery fees.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation
Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days
Courier partners include Delhivery, BlueDart, and others
Tracking numbers are shared upon shipment

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply during select promotions.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns are accepted for defective/wrong items within 7 days
Refunds are issued after inspection via the original payment method
Cancellations are allowed only before shipping

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logos, text, images, etc.) belongs to Blisscart Bazar or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Delhi, in English.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or misuse the Site.

15. Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
Severability: If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and applicable policies, represent the entire agreement between you and us.
