At BLISSCART BAZAR PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our”), we aim to maintain a transparent and trusted fashion-focused marketplace through blisscartbazar.com, enabling verified sellers to offer high-quality men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, bags, and watches. This Seller Registration Policy outlines the eligibility, documentation, and responsibilities required to register and operate as a seller on our platform.

By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller on Blisscart Bazar, you must:

  • Be a legally registered entity in India, such as an individual, sole proprietor, partnership firm, private limited company, or LLP.

  • Hold a valid GST registration and adhere to all applicable tax regulations.

  • Maintain a valid Indian bank account in your business name for receiving payments.

  • Ensure your listed products comply with Indian laws and marketplace guidelines, and are not in restricted categories.


2. Seller Registration Process

Step 1: Account Creation

Provide basic contact details such as your name, email, phone number, and business name. A verification link (email/SMS) will be sent to confirm your credentials.

Step 2: Business Details Submission

Submit the following information:

  • Business Name & Type (Proprietor/Partnership/Pvt. Ltd./LLP)

  • GST Number

  • PAN Details

  • Bank Account Info (Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch)

Step 3: Document Upload

Upload clear scanned copies of the following:

  • PAN Card (business owner or entity)

  • GST Registration Certificate

  • Bank Proof (cancelled cheque or statement)

  • Identity Proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID/Driver’s License)

  • Address Proof (electricity bill, rent agreement, etc.)

Step 4: Review & Approval

Our onboarding team will verify all information. Approved sellers will receive confirmation via email/SMS. If documents are missing or incorrect, corrections will be requested.


3. Seller Responsibilities

3.1 Product Listings

  • Ensure all items comply with Indian regulations (e.g., Consumer Protection, Trademark).

  • Upload accurate titles, images, prices, sizes, and specifications.

3.2 Pricing

  • List MRP and GST-inclusive pricing transparently.

  • No inflated pricing or manipulation.

3.3 Inventory & Orders

  • Keep your inventory updated.

  • Dispatch confirmed orders within 48 hours (subject to stock availability).

3.4 Customer Support

  • Respond promptly to customer queries or complaints.

  • Handle returns/refunds as per Blisscart Bazar’s Refund and Returns Policy.

3.5 Packaging & Shipping

  • Package items securely to prevent transit damage.

  • Dispatch within the promised timeframe and share tracking details promptly.


4. Fees & Payments

4.1 Commission & Deductions

  • A fixed marketplace commission is charged on every successful sale.

  • Payment gateway fees may also apply and are deducted before payout.

4.2 Payout & Refunds

  • Payouts are released to your bank account within the agreed settlement cycle after successful delivery.

  • In case of returns/refunds, the refund amount will be debited from your account.


5. Seller Code of Conduct

All sellers must operate ethically and follow these standards:

  • No false or misleading product descriptions.

  • Do not sell counterfeit, duplicate, or prohibited items.

  • Ensure professional conduct with customers and timely fulfillment of all orders.


6. Account Suspension or Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Repeated order cancellations or delays

  • Listing violations or non-compliance with policies

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Poor customer ratings or feedback

In such cases, pending payouts will be settled as per applicable refund or cancellation policies.


7. Policy Updates

BLISSCART BAZAR PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Updated versions will be communicated to all registered sellers and published on our website.
