1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship only within India.
  • Deliveries are available in most metros, towns, and serviceable remote locations via our courier partners.
  • If your area is not covered, the system will inform you during checkout.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including:
Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others.
Tracking details will be shared once your package is shipped.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders below ₹999 will incur a small delivery charge calculated based on weight and location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an additional handling fee (visible at checkout).

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your shipment anytime under the “Track Order” section on our website.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • A refund will be issued (excluding shipping and COD charges).

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed deliveries.

9. Delays or Lost Shipments

  • For delays beyond expected delivery dates, contact our support team.
  • In rare cases of lost packages, we’ll issue a refund or replacement after the courier completes their investigation.

10. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.

11. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Once your order is shipped, no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
  • To cancel an unshipped order, contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order.
